Our Vision
To nurture curious, creative and confident learners through an environment which emphasizes child- led learning. Children make independent choices and explore invitations to play that align with their interest sparking curiosity, awe and wonder leading to their own development.
Implementation
We use calm and neutral spaces adding loose parts and sustainable authentic materials. Staff act as role models and co learners and see each child as an individual, creating provocations and invitations to play with open-ended setups. We encourage a strong connection with nature offering free flow experiences and spaces which allow for growing plants and exploration.
Impact
Children will develop independence and confidence, they will foster creative imagination and problem-solving skills and experience joy, wonder and a love of learning. Children will build resilience and emotional regulation, develop strong communication and social skills with an appreciation for nature and care for their environment.
